Our Team

Hiten Sanghavi

Passionate and immensely focused personnel in the field of Food and Beverages, He has completed his Higher Diploma in IHM, Mumbai followed by a Bachelor’s Degree in B.A International Hospitality Management from the Swiss Hotel Management School affiliated with the University of Derby, UK.

Enabling finesses to his F&B skills, he flaunts an evident experience of working in the kitchens of various national and international restaurants and hotels for the past 12 years (of which 9 years internationally) including the Hilton Group of hotels, Canary Wharf, UK, where he worked at the level of Sous Chef.

Karan Patel

An ardent hospitality student, having graduated in Higher diploma in Hospitality Operations from the Swiss Hotel Management school in 2005, posses an impressive blend of the fundamentals, knowhow of the industry and tactful manpower handling skills.

He flaunts a profound work experience in the hospitality sector for the past 7 years having worked in the managerial level of The Parker, Palm Springs, USA and as the Managing director of Aqua Fuego, Bahrain.

Sohail Muzaffar

A prudent and systematic accounting student having graduated from the University of Punjab, Pakistan and holding fluency in the language of French, suits just apt in the accounts management and the operations domain.

He also features an impressive work experience as the F&B and inventory control manager of various firms in Switzerland for the last 10 years thus; he secures the prospective experience in the practical operations in Switzerland.

Our philosophy is simple and is consumed by a threefold approach.
Firstly, we aim to offer our guests a taste of European pub cuisine at its finest. We ensure that all of our dishes are daily prepared using the freshest ingredients with the right balance of flavour and herbs which will bring you different level of Life experience with complete satisfactions.

As important the food is, so is the seating arena. Finding ourselves as the haven of calm in the heart of town Montreux, we try to emulate within our Pub the air of tranquillity, the historic Irish ambience here at the waterfront.

We do recognise that an authentic Irish pub requires the highest standards of entertainment and service. We strive to offer an unmatched level of service carefully selecting our staff we ensure maintaining our core principles of hospitality, attentiveness and professionalism.
